Uniqorn
Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
1. Who we are
- Uniqorn (www.uniqorn.store) is a marketplace for ideas, prototypes and MVPs. During early access, you can create an account and join the list for launch. Buying and selling open at launch.
- This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to admin@uniqorn.store.
2. What we collect
- When you join with your email: your name, email address and mobile number. We work out your country from your phone's country code. Your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form by our sign-in provider, so nobody at Uniqorn can read it.
- When you continue with Google: with your permission, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We save your name and email address to your account and note that you joined with Google. We don't use your profile picture.
- We never receive your Google password, and we can't see your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else in your Google account.
- When you use the site: login cookies that keep you signed in, and settings kept in your own browser, such as light or dark mode and items you save. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics.
3. How we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To send emails about your account: confirming your email address, resetting your password, a welcome email, and telling you when buying and selling open.
- To protect the site, for example by spotting and removing fake sign-ups.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Information from Google
- We use the name and email address Google shares only to create your Uniqorn account and sign you in.
- We don't sell it, share it with anyone for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
- Uniqorn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can remove Uniqorn's access to your Google account at any time in your Google account settings. This doesn't delete your Uniqorn account; see “Your choices” below.
6. How we protect it
- Everything between your browser and Uniqorn is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Our database only lets each person read and change their own account details.
- Only the people who run Uniqorn can access account data, and only when they need to.
7. How long we keep it
- We keep your account details for as long as you have an account.
- When your account is deleted, your profile is deleted with it.
8. Your choices
- You can see and update your name and mobile number on your Account page.
- To get a copy of your information, or to delete your account, email admin@uniqorn.store from the email address on your account. We'll do it within 30 days.
- Uniqorn isn't meant for anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
- If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your information, we'll email you before it takes effect.
